Technical Specifications

These new ROCKET WING CARBON boards group all the advantages of the standard ROCKET WING. Compact and light, they provide stability from side to side, responsiveness and maneuverability, an easy and smooth transition into flight, and efficient pumping abilities.

The boards feature a slight concave deck bringing comfort and control. The progressive and straight rocker line allows for better in-flight stability. The sharp beveled rail profile and double concave hull shape will help you be up and flying in no time, and you won’t be unsettled when occasionally hitting the water or during touchdown. The outline and shorter length make the board maneuverable and easy to rotate around.

Most importantly, the HD Foam Carbon Construction gives the boards a strong resistance all while maintaining a light weight and is thus perfectly adapted to the freestyle tricks constraints.

The ROCKET WING CARBON is available in three sizes: 4’4, 4’8 and 5’0. This range is mostly aimed at advanced, technical riders looking for a board that will take them to new heights in freestyle or freeride.

They are equipped with a full pad, inserts for three footstraps, and the Twin-Tracks system for foil compatibility.

Technical Specifications

HD FOAM CARBON COMPOSITE

This construction with a CNC-shaped EPS foam core and a sandwich layup (high-density foam + glass and carbon fiber) allows the board to be lightweight and strong, as well as tougher to heel pressures and dings. The high-density foam brings an overall strength to the board.

 

This construction improves the weight/strength ratio of carbon foil boards which clearly feature among the lightest and best performing boards on the market.

BEVELED RAILS

Beveled rails on foil boards reduce the width of the hull compared to the deck. This reduces the friction when the board touches the water and helps with touchdowns.

TWIN-TRACKS

The twin track system with lateral spacing of 90mm is becoming an industry standard.

 

This system is compatible with all foils featuring a top plate with 4 fastening bolts. The length of the tracks enables some room to adjust the position of the foil on the board to reach everyone’s prefered balance.
